Song of the Week

I’ve spent a lot time listening to the newish Grizzly Bear album. I really like it and had to pick this song “Two Weeks” as the Song of the Week on johnmeyer.me. Why?
Well, when I was a freshman at Luther College I was in this really bad band called Abby Youth. We thought we were the coolest kids on campus. Anyway, the song I wrote on the album was a gut-wrenching love song titled, “Two Weeks.” If you’re lucky, maybe someday that Two Weeks will be the song of the week.
